    1 1/2 lbs. Doug’s Grass Fed Boneless Sirloin Steak
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder, divided
    3/4 tsp. kosher salt, divided
    1/2 tsp. pepper, divided
    1/2 tsp. dried crushed rosemary
    1 large onion, sliced in rounds
    1/4 cup plum sauce
    1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar


    1. Preheat grill for direct heat grilling.
    2. Season sirloin with garlic powder, kosher salt, pepper and rosemary.
    3. Season onion rounds with remaining garlic powder, kosher salt and pepper.
    4. In small bowl combine plum sauce and balsamic vinegar.
    5. Grill sirloin and onions, turning once, until sirloin is desired doneness and onions are tender, and brushing with balsamic glaze several times during last 5 minutes of grilling time. Sirloin will be medium rare when meat thermometer reads 145F.
