    2 packages of Doug’s Grass Fed Beef Shank Bones
    3 tablespoons cooking fat (divided)
    Salt
    Pepper
    6 onions (Yellow or Small white)
    8 cups broth (see our recipe here)

    Directions

    1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker
    2. Cook on high for 6-8 hours
    3. Stir occasionally
    4. Enjoy!
